It has come to the attention of Ming Fai International Holdings Limited (“Ming Fai International,” the “Company,” together with its subsidiaries, collectively the “Group,” HKSE stock code: 03828) that some unidentified parties have made use of a trade name “Ming Hui Group 明輝集團” and set up a fake company website at minghui2019.m.yswebportal.cc.  That fake website used the trade name of “明輝集團” without our authorization, and stole and plagiarize the contents, pictures etc. from our official website.

The Group hereby clarifies that our official website and social media accounts as follow:
